Columbia Cliff Villa condominium ownership is limited to 18 luxury cliff-side Villas and ten charming Carriage House units.

Our condominium hotel management team is available to provide owners and guests with extraordinary services, including room service, housekeeping, and concierge and stocking services.
Prices for full condominium ownership range from $430,000 for a 1-bedroom Carriage House, to up to $1,195,000 for the one remaining 3-bedroom Pinnacle Suite.
Monthly dues are very reasonable and include high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, water & sewer fees, garbage removal, maintenance, reserve fund, and most insurance.
