Prices for full condominium ownership range from $395,000 for a Carriage House, up to $1,195,000 for the one remaining 3-BR Penthouse. Reservations are now being taken for the next phase of construction that will include 2, 3 and 4-BR units.

Monthly dues are very reasonable and include high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, water & sewer fees, garbage removal, maintenance, reserve fund, and most insurance.
