 Columbia Cliff ownership will be limited to 18 luxury cliff-side Villas and ten charming Carriage House units. A few of these properties may be reserved on a nightly or weekly basis if you would like to visit and sample the experience. Our condominium hotel management team is available to provide owners and guests with extraordinary services, including room service, housekeeping, concierge and stocking services.
Prices for full ownership range from $395,000 for a Carriage House, up to $1,195,000 for the one remaining 3-BR Penthouse. Reservations are now being taken for the next phase of construction that will include 2, 3 and 4-BR units.
Monthly dues are very reasonable and include high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, water & sewer fees, garbage removal, maintenance, reserve fund, and most insurance.
